Titus Clark

Titus Clark is the Facilities Manager at Bear Trap Ranch and has been involved in camp ministry since 2010. With a degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Crown College, he is passionate about creating a space where guests can encounter God. He lives at the ranch with his wife Samantha and their two children, Aiden and Emilia.

Michael Craft

Michael Craft is the Operations Manager at Bear Trap Ranch with over 35 years of pastoral ministry experience. He is passionate about creating spaces where people can encounter God and brings a deep love for ministry and people. He and his wife Kelli are empty nesters with five children and thirteen grandchildren, and he also hosts the “Burning Hearts” podcast on Spotify.

Keith Roy

Keith Roy is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Bear Trap Ranch, previously serving as on-site Director for 12 years. Based in Colorado Springs, he is passionate about mentoring staff, leading Bible studies, and helping others grow in their faith. He enjoys family time, outdoor activities, and hosting gatherings, with a strong pastoral heart focused on restoration and spiritual connection.
