Meeting Spaces

At Bear Trap Ranch, we have several locations for your group to have meetings. Our main, meeting room is our Brent Curtis Hall which can hold up to 100 people. This room comes with a large screen monitor for projecting your PowerPoint or video presentation, a lighting grid, a gas fireplace, floor radiated heat, and ceiling fans. We also have “Bradley”, which resembles a rustic log chapel. It can seat 40 people downstairs and 25 in the balcony. We also have a cozy “Library” with comfy leather couches and a large hearth underneath Bruce the Moose. We also have several other in-door locations throughout  the camp where small group can meet as well as an outdoor amphitheater overlooking the central courtyard of the camp.
